I got an email from IRCC today
"Your application for Canadian citizenship is incomplete. We cannot start processing your application for the following reasons:
Physical Presence : In our records, we cannot confirm your time in Canada before you became a permanent resident (PR)."
So, I verified my physical presence, and it looks correct. I checked the documents that I have submitted. I have submitted my full scanned passport. Do I need to submit a scanned visitor visa separately?

I came to Canada on a visitor PR and then became a PR a year later.
Yes, there is a cbsa entry stamp on my passport
so you submitted all scanned pages initially?
If yes, then I would say if you can skip those temporary days do so.
If you can’t., apply with an LOE visitor visa scanned/ tickets/passport pages/proof that you were in here (lease/CC statements…)
I’ve seen this issue too much lately, sometimes it involves implied status sometimes even valid status workers or students get this issue
Either the agent was lazy OR they didn’t check all of your files
Also, before my PR, I travelled to/from the USA a few times. Do I need to provide any documents on this?
I'd second this suggestion. It's easy enough to do online with a copy of your passport and visa. All the best @abrahmarouthu
I was able to sign up today but a verification code was supposedly sent to my email account; Been waiting for an hour but can't find it anywhere (including my spam folder). Did that happen to you too?
