D dralla Newbie Dec 29, 2023 6 2 Yesterday at 5:40 PM #3 I tried to do it at the Toronto consulate but they said they don’t issue visas to RTD, which is false they were just refusing to do it. I’m not sure if Montreal consulate is any better.
