Yes, I got p1 the following day, which is on August 26 and I replied the same day. it been 2 weeks now still waiting to p2

I just figured my eCOPR has an error in it but I don't know if it causes any issues if I don't send a request to amend it. For the place of birth they wrote my country name instead of the city and wrote the country name again in the country of birth.

Did anybody find same thing in their eCOPR if so could it have any impact in the future if not corrected?

I kinda wanted to avoid sending requests I don't want them to mess with it or delay the PR card. Any advices appreciated.

My question is, should we reapply the medical card and sin number after PR, and what else should we do?

You dont have to wait for PR to apply for Health card. Once you get a positive NOD you can go ahead and apply as your interim federal health coverage covers you up to 90 days after you become a protected person.
