yeah I guess it just never updates, kind of static. I heard the new portal does make use of AI for better decisions on file, so I'm hoping for faster decision

You either get relatively fast processing if AI is used or it will likely take months if a manual review is required. Really depends on the profile.

Country: India
Purpose: Family visit during year end holidays.

Not sure if CAN+ is still a thing or not, but applicants have valid US H1B visas but no previous travel.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice.

I am a permanent resident in Canada and work full-time in IT. I’m getting married this November and would like my fiancée to visit me in Canada in December.

She is a doctor in India with over 3 years of work experience.

• Should I apply for her visitor visa now, or wait until after we’re married and I’ve received the AOR for her spousal sponsorship?
• For a visitor visa, how much financial proof is typically required if she plans to stay for about 4 months?
• Can I show my investment accounts from India as part of the financial support?
• Are visitor visas currently being issued as single-entry or multiple-entry for longer stays?
