I think they send the email around 10days before the ceremony. You should get it around 13th. They said to reach out if you haven’t received it 6days before the ceremony.

Congratulations to all those who successfully acquired the citizenship and best of luck to those like me are on the nail biting wait.
While my AOR is April 30th , I saw few of you with March AOR are having Sydney NS as your CPC. Wanted to know if anyone of you have any progress from that center ? Mine is a family application and my BG check was over in May , Test in June .... no request for anything. But since June 14th no updates with LPP showing In progress .
I know NS is slow , especially for family applications. Any insights to recent timelines they take would be nice.

Has it started (in progress)? Mine all completed on the 2nd Sept and still says not started for Oath. Don't know how long it takes for this to begin...

Got my Oath ceremony (Sept 24) in tracker this morning (Sep 4)!
A few questions:
1) I have not received my oath email invite yet. Is there anyway to tell if the oath is virtual or in-person without it?
2) I am out of the country for work on Sep 24, so I will have to reschedule. For those of you that have rescheduled, did you call in or wait until you received the oath scheduling email?
3) In the googlesheet tracker, where is everyone getting DM DATE ECAS date from? I don't see that in the IRCC Tracker.

1. You either wait for the email invite or call in to confirm if you are attending virtually or in-person.
2. Yes, wait until you receive the email then respond to it with ‘Oath Ceremony - out of the country’
3. The day your LPP turned green is usually the day they grant your citizenship.
Depending on where you are, it probably is virtual.
For folks in the GTA, if you end up getting marked for an in-person oath, you'll probably be waiting for a while.
My entire application was complete July 15th, except for the Oath, still waiting for an Oath date. IRCC has said they are having trouble finding slots for in person Oath Ceremonies in the GTA.

I haven't really felt it, the rest of my application got processed super fast.

Yeah it seems anyone in Halton and a lot of the GTA in general are going to have delays with getting a slot, if your file is marked of an in person Oath ceremony. I wouldn't mind a drive, but IRCC doesn't really give you a choice.
How do you know if they are planning a personal or virtual Oath for you?
or it is just a guess because of the delays?
