I don't know why it is harder for me to wait for decision made/oath letter after getting LPP on Aug 21 than it was for the entire wait up to that point! I keep refreshing the tracker to see if there's any info yet!

I do have a visit from a relative in mid-Sept so part of it is wanting to know if I am going to need to adjust our itinerary, but mostly it's plain old impatience.

I have a work related trip to Copenhagen Sept. 22- Oct 3. Instead of anxiously waiting for quick oath, I hope my oath will be delayed a little bit. Otherwise I will have to reschedule it. PR card becomes invalid after oath and I will not be able to come back to Canada. Does anyone know how long now, does it take from LPP to Oath?

Quite a bit of variability but lately most have, I think, been seeing the oath date several weeks (min) after the oath date appears on the tracking portal.

Someone else recently got one that conflicted with a trip, and responded right away with request for a new date - and got the new date a couple weeks after the original one.

I think the key thing there is to make clear exactly how soon/when you return. Those who are leaving with no return date are told to advise when they've returned, and that will mean more delays.

Everything passed since July 30th and updated in tracker on August 15th.No Oath invite yet!Anyone in the same boat?

For me.. just my citizenship exam shows completed. Everything else is in progress. Last update August 13.
