Hi all,

I had no problem logging into IRCC portal to check my super visa application this morning, but now I am getting the error message of "User information could not be found". Just wondering if anybody is having the same issue.

Adding to this, although not able to login, I keep getting email alert of "new sign-in attempt" when I try logging in.

Yes, same issue. Seems like problem at their end. Not able to login using valid credentials but getting email alerts for every try.
Tried to set new password but same outcome with even updated password.

Same here. I came looking for answers to see if others are experiencing the same issue. I was able to log in yesterday without a problem. This morning, it said that the website was down for maintenance. And then when I came back later, it was giving me the error:

There were issues submitting your form.

• User information could not be found. Please try again later.
  
  But I keep receiving a log-in alert to my email every time I try to log in. I tried from different browsers and devices. But since this seems to be an issue for a lot of us, it must be a glitch on their end.

Same problem. Started my application yesterday at night but I didn't complete it. Today i tried to enter several times but the message is the same "User not found" But i also receive "log in alert" so it's really confusing.
I don't know what's going on.

Hello I also Have the same issue since last Night, I was able to change my password but still user not found. already reported several webforms

Same here, i have received an email that my status update but can not open. it's frustrating when you received a decision and you can not see it . lol
