PGP2025 questions for filling the application

I got invitation for my mother under PGP2025. I have a few questions and would really appreciate advise from experienced members. I found some of the information in the forum but i want to make sure I understood correctly!

1. I am filling the forms for my mother. I have selected translation required if called for interview. I have access to all my mother's emails etc. so I decided not to fill the unpaid representative form. Is the only reason to fill the representative form to be able to communicate with IRCC on behalf of the principal applicant?

2. My mother has always been a housewife. In that case, should I be listing all the activities and travel since the age of 18?

3. For an indian citizen, the national identity would be passport? There are fields for passport already so they are filled with the information. Should I repeat the same under national identity?

1. Bad idea especially if your mother is not able to communicate in English and if you ever follow-up on her file in English it will be quite obvious it is likely not her contacting IRCC. That is misrepresentation. IRCC is trying to find any way to deny files why put this one time opportunity at risk?

The portal says "This portal is for licensed representatives to complete and submit online permanent residence applications on behalf of their clients." I am not licensed, I'm just trying to help my parents fill out the forms.

I am filling the application on behalf of my parents. I will be submitting Use of Reresentative form and updating myself as unpaid representative and friend and family member (no 7) on form 5476. Would that work?
