EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE FOR COUPLE

I just got married and my husband is in Canada as well.
I am not sure if we can apply for PR as a couple.
To have 1 express entry profile.
both of us have noc b experience.
My husband can get 7778 in Ielts as well.
Want to know this as it is very confusing.

Yes, you can apply as a couple. One person is the principal applicant and spouse is listed as accompanying or non accompanying.

I have a question regarding my Express Entry application. Both my spouse and I are currently on separate Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWPs), and my spouse also has her own Express Entry profile. If I proceed with my profile and indicate that my spouse is not accompanying me (while still declaring her as my spouse in the application), would that be considered acceptable under IRCC rules, or could it be seen as misrepresentation?
