Now it make sense, thank you so much for all your assistances. Looking forwards to increase my point , should i assess my first master degree or bachelor with WES to add in my application ? is it going to increase my point , having two master degree to be submitted ? Since the selection factors only require 23 point ,will it make a different having two master degree?
You either need to retake TEF and achieve a higher score or take an English language test.

Okay, what about french skill , i heard that it comes with an additional point itself i.e French as an official language point and french for an additional point.
will that increase my point ?

No. That's only if your primary language test is English.

I have a question regarding my Express Entry application. Both my spouse and I are currently on separate Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWPs), and my spouse also has her own Express Entry profile. If I proceed with my profile and indicate that my spouse is not accompanying me (while still declaring her as my spouse in the application), would that be considered acceptable under IRCC rules, or could it be seen as misrepresentation?

Thank you for your guidance.
