LMIA exempted number for OWP under Startup

I have appiled Startup PR application and its under process. I also applied Open Work Permit. 2 months back, medical also done. Recently IRCC sent application to submit LMIA exempted number and compliance fee for OWP. Came to know, A77 is right code for OWP exempted.

Need to get confirmation whether its right code and using A77, will Open Work Permit works? Moreover, my lawyer saying there shouldnt require LMIA exempted number under OWP. They advised to raise webform to exclude the number, I raised also, but didnt get any feedback from IRCC and it’s already few months past. I am afraid whether they cancel the OWP app. Would you pls clarify on this.
