Photo for citizenship photo - Where in Toronto?

Where can you take the photo for the citizenship application that is the most economical?

I'm residing in Toronto, Ontario.

Fyi, I took my photo at Pro Passport Photo!

Shoppers Drugmart charged $24.99 for 2 physical copies only, but if you want a digital file as well, it will be $39.99 (plus tax).

I didn't like to pay that much money for 1 file of photo so I went to Pro Passport Photo, only took the digital file and it was $17.99 (plus tax)!
