I’m aiming to move to Canada under NOC 11201 – Business consultants with a CRS score of 407 (strong IELTS, WES 3-year equivalency for my Bachelor’s). I’ve applied to SINP, Manitoba, and PEI, but PEI seems to favour those already in Canada. Without relatives there, I’m unsure how to boost my chances and would appreciate any guidance on PNPs, job search, or other pathways. My husband and I are ready to work hard and start from scratch to build our life there.

Zero chance. How old are you and your husband and what are your citizenships.? Do you know French? Do either of you have 2 degrees? Do you work for an employer with offices in Canada?

Hello, I am 34 years old, and yes, I do know French, but I have not even taken the exam. I scored an 8.5 on my IELTS. I work in the field of consulting. I am from India but have been working out of the UAE for the past 4 years

Only option is probably trying to qualify through the French pathway if your scores are high enough but you may still struggle to get approved. Age, only one degree, no Canadian work or education, etc. all hurt your score and chances. If you have a good job in the UAE also makes little sense to move to Canada at the moment unless you have a job. No shortage of business consultants in Canada looking for work.

i completely understand what you are saying. And I agree with the same. But neither me my husband nor want to be in the UAE and moving there has always been on the cards. I have a master's, but it did not receive equivalency. I am ready to do all it takes. I know it will not be easy in Canada for sure but i have ten years of experience in consulting and with hard work i will reach there, slowly but surely.

Take the French exam and make sure you achieve a score of at least CLB7. Then you have a chance for PR. Otherwise no chance.
