contradicting this line of yours. I have a person who went to Nepal only for marriage between his studies in 2nd year of study, and after coming back to Canada, he applied for SOWP, which was approved.

Doesn’t mean it happens to everyone and was previously much easier than it currently is. Also can be dependent on what degree and school person is attending.

IRCC is rejecting visas without even looking at the files.

All my wife's visas were refused without even being checked by any visa officer. All GCMS notes have just the same scripted rejection letter points, and no officer has written any comments on them. I have also shared multiple relationship photos of our past dating times, and even then, they rejected it. We both have been dating for 10 years before getting married.

How do you know visa officer has not looked at them? For efficiency reasons VOs have a list of common rejections reasons they can select. There are very obvious reasons for refusals based on your profile. Unclear if you qualify for PGWP and if so what length but TRV is very unlikely to get approved so would save your money filing JR.

I will get 3 years of PGWP once my course finishes as I study at DLI. Can you tell me why my wife could be rejected even after JR?

Studying at a DLI does not guarantee PGWP eligibility. A positive JR typically results in redetermination by another visa officer. It doesn’t mean she gets approved.

Not every DLI or program qualifies for PGWP. Look up the specific school and program. Also there are new rules for who qualifies for PGWP although you may have been grandfathered.

My study permit got refused 4 time last one was refused on 26 march 2023. I decided to challenge the decision so i hired a lawyer we filed petition on 4 april 2023. After we recieved officers gcms notes on 2 may we knew that officer was not able to graple my study plan. We decided to offer ircc settlement but they didn't respond us. Then we decided that we will go further and submitted our affidavit. On 12 September i received settlement offer from ircc. We with accepted settlement and pulled back our case. On 6 December i received corspondence to submit updated documents and i was given only 10 days to submit documents. Usually you get 15-30 days. As Christmas was near my college was having vacation but they didn't respond my mail for updated LOA. Somehow we managed to get it on 15 dec 1:30 Am IST. We updated my file on 2:00 pm IST and received PPR within 6 hrs of lodging my file.
Believe me if you are getting rejected than judicial review is a very good option and worth doing.

So you got PFL and then responded to the letter, and then got the ban. PFLs with ban are serious so not sure if JR will work. All you can do is wait and see. Did consultant file fake documents without your knowledge?

After all this happened, he sent us all the documents he submitted but we did not find any fake documents. There were all documents which we gave him. I gave him my paystub from Canada but he did not submit that.

Was it the bank statements? If so, Africa or Middle East. You need new statements and letter from the banks saying they are genuine.
