WE are both US Citizens, my husband is also Egyptian, and has served in the EGY army - like everyone else, as it is compulsory.

Not Making light of it - all I know, is that he is in CSIS security screening - I can't / won't comment on the voracity of the screen - as I have no further information on it. But he has passed many other equally challenging screenings - far quicker than this.

Stuck for 21 months now.

@Rasha I am also coming from a country that has full security information sharing with the Canadian government. There is no reason for this delay other than bureaucracy.
