You don't need to worry, it's just the wording here that is scary but I got the exact same message when my background check expired and I had to submit fingerprints again but it's nothing to worry about :)
Does this impact the processing time of the application?
 
This thread is still open, omg. I'm glad in a way as I got the same letter with the same wording. Information I got from other folks is it's a random check. Hence, i have to waste time and money to get it done now.
