Did not receive ITA despite have CRS above cut-off

there was a draw today for express entry on my NOC, my score is 481 and the cutoff was 475 but I received no ITA, should I wait 48 hours or did I mess up something ?
It can sometimes take upto 48 hours to receive the ITA. Wait till you cross the limit, also cross check if your EE profile shows 481.
Okay, then I guess I will just wait. Yes, my profile shows 481, and I applied on March 29th, 2025.

It is more than 48 hours officially and my score is 482, did not get my ITA either! cutoff is 475. I am not sure what to do. Is it normal to wait more than that?
NOC is 31120 and experience from 2020. My score is 482. I worked as a pharmacist from Jan 2021 till Sep 2022 and as a pharmacy technician from 2016 to 2019 full time for both
The ministerial instructions says -
When does that three year period start ?
- within the three-year period preceding the day on which the category was established, they have accumulated, over a continuous period, at least six months of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in one of the occupations referred to in the table of this section;
