My wife`s application without movement from March 12, BG done, LPP in progress - some of applicants are forgotten (for example LPP for my application have been done in 10 days - in 2024). They have extended processing time from 5 month to 10 month, so we are all within normal timeline yet.

Agreed. Even though we may find it inconvenient, we are still within the posted processing timeline of 10 months. Those of us who are waiting on LPP and oath dates should not panic until we get to September. At that point we can start to look into making formal inquiries via lawyers, MPs, etc as we would be approaching the 10 month routine processing timeline. I have a feeling most of us from December applicant cohort will be citizens by then.
I attended the virtual oath ceremony today, it is quite a journey.

how long did it take to get oath invitation after LPP complete? All my LPP including background is done, but no oath or citizenship ceremony has started yet.
it takes me about 3 weeks getting the invitation, I know Vancouver office can take up to 2 months to schedule...
MY AOR is NOV 19 and i was waiting for LPP since FEB 28 when the test got marked Completed on the tracker on March 4th. I just received an update today that LPP is now Complete on tracker. I am seeing a lot of the people waiting since FEB on LPP starting to move forward in our NOV thread. I think if i had to guess by August you should be seeing some changes in your LPP if not sooner. Hang in there, it was frustrating and worry some, but as long as you application is in progress and in the timeframe listed you will be fine. I wished mine moved as fast as some others did within 2-3 months from start to finish but i am glad it also didn't take years like some other applications that are stuck.

I raised a formal inquiry through my MP (Spadina & Harborfront, Toronto), and alongside requested another set of notes.
I received a response 2 weeks ago from the MP that my file was flagged as non-routine, and some "security related components" needed to be addressed before it moved forward. I am assuming this is what Grant Review Ready PM03 meant.
It seems my application is currently awaiting a result from the CSIS, which does not follow any lead times, and will respond as they receive the information.
So it is a waiting game for me, and anyone who is currently in PM03.

BG was the first thing completed for me and that was Mid-January
I think the key thing here is not the PM03 (that still sounds to me like routine clearance authority), but the LPP 'not started.'
Seems to me the meaning here is more clearly that grant review will be ready when the 'prohibitions' part (security related components) is done.
I'm assuming - because quite likely - that the other two, physical presence and language, are basically done.
Why they state this as 'not started' when the one P is with a different agency and the others are (probably) pre-approved, I don't know. (I think these terms relate to a database flag and not the plain language that applicants would like them to mean).
IMO, FWIW, etc.
And sorry to hear it's delayed.
Almost same here. They asked for the fingerprint in Feb and nothing after March 19.
