I am facing same issue.. My application of PR approved and got COPR document number too. On portal ECOPR is not available… called technical support team and they said.. may be agent forgot to upload your document and it could be a technical issue.. They hold my call for 3 minutes and said they send message to IRCC officer and wants me to wait.. btw my dependent got his COPR already from same portal. Lemme know if there is any lead..

Since July 14 2025 my GC KEY is showing final decision in progress but today this morning l received an email from IRCC to answer a list of question about my information for them to create my PR portal, which l answered already. is that we call P1 ?.
After how many time can l receive the link to access my PR account?
