Hi all,

I have a concern. 2 months ago, I finally received the ceremony invitation but it was unfortunate it conflicted with very important travel plans outside Canada (which I already reported to IRCC when I submitted my application last year). When I emailed them, they said to email them when I come back to reschedule.

I am coming back to Canada next week. So I was curious and tried to login to my citizenship progress tracker account. Multiple times it rejected my password. Then, I tried to reset it. It asked for my UCI and Application Number.
When Iinput them, I get "invalid information".

What does this mean? Was my application deleted?

No, your profile has not been deleted. It is possible that your account was temporarily locked due to an incorrect entry or your profile was temporarily hidden due to missing the ceremony. When you return to Canada, email IRCC to let them know you are back and request new ceremony arrangements.
