IMM5444 - PR Card renewal query

Hi Everyone,

I am helping my grandparents for PR card renewal application. They came to Canada in 2021.

Could you please guide me on the following query?

4.2 Work and Educational History (Inside and Outside Canada)

Both of them have never worked here and stay at home with us. What should I add here?
I can add "retired" or "unemployed" as activity but what should I provide for :

1. Name of employer or educational institution or organization
2. City/Town

Retired, not applicable or N/A for employer etc., city-town - either N/A or actual address, decide.

I believe writing N/A or Not Applicable is prohibited. I can probably go with writing "retired" as the activity but don't know what city to mention. I can mention their current city of residence within Canada but they have lived in 2 cities over past 5 years, so do I add one entry or two entries?
