When is IMM 5604 needed? HELP PLEASEEEE!!!!

PA ( your son) will need to fill out form imm 5604. The requirement for age over 18 to fill imm5604 is for dependents. If PA is a minor, form imm5604 is still needed.

Should have information of father and mother (regardless of immigration status) . (and siblings if any)

Hello I send explanation for imm 5604 in Feb 2025. But still showing status we need some documents to process. I called ircc they said we ask for imm 5604 and I said we send explanation for this so I ask them what to do now they said wait for our email. Can you suggest something what to do its long time more than 4 months
