Hello,
My parents are travelling to canada on valid visitor visa while waiting for supervisa. They have completed medical exam. Question: what if they got approval while visiting canada. Where do we need to send passport for stamping?
Could you please assist with this process?

I have seen similar posts but not sure where did they send passport for stamping? Please let me know if anyone has gone through the process.

Why people insist on doing this boggles my mind. It would be better to wait for the supervisa if they would like to visit for over 6 months.

They can submit their passport to the US if approved.

We completely understand how navigating the Super Visa process while your parents are already in Canada can be a bit confusing. Here's a detailed answer to clarify your situation and help you move forward:

If your parents get Super Visa approval while they are in Canada, they cannot get the visa stamped in Canada. IRCC will ask for their passport, and it must be sent to a Visa Application Centre (VAC) outside Canada, usually in their home country (like India).

Easy Steps:

1. Wait for the passport request from IRCC.
   
   
2. Send the passport to the VAC outside Canada (India or another country with a VAC).
   
   
3. Once the visa is stamped, they must leave and re-enter Canada to activate the Super Visa.

Tip: Make sure their visitor status stays valid. You can apply for an extension online if needed.
