Hi there one family of 3 from india applied for refugee and got accepted and eventually became citizen of canada now. They want to apply for oci or indian visa will they get the visa? As they have been in canada from past 8 years never been out of the country.

It will be tricky. You can try applying for OCI, but it would be handled depending on the reason why you applied for refugee in Canada in the first.

This is because India claims that there's no basis for Indian citizens to claim refugee abroad since India considers itself to be a safe country with rights for it's citizens. You would need to explain why you took refuge in Canada in the first place when you apply for OCI / Indian visa.
