It could change depending on school and program that you have your approved study permit for so keep up to date on changes. Changes can happen overnight.

Not necessarily. Look at all the changes to PGWP in the last year. Since you are starting in the fall then hopefully grandfathered in.

Didn’t think universities still offered 3 year bachelors degrees anymore. I know the university I attended stopped awarding them around 2000. Would not recommend doing a 3 year bachelors because it closes many doors and likely does not allow for enough specialization even if you’re able to stop your education after a bachelor’s degree.
