Any other April folks who havent received AOR yet? (I am April 24 but no AOR yet)
I am April 30th no AOR yet. I have a friend that applied on May 1st and got his on May 29th. So I guess there is no real way of understanding when AOR's are provided.
Anyone received AOR late last week has been able to create a tracker account? I applied April 28 got AOR last friday but no luck with tracker yet
I am high volume traveler (due to work) - so I do have incredible number of absences. Maybe thats a factor?
I'm also not able to access the tracker.. Was not sure if I am doing something wrong.. It is the same portal we used to check PR status right?
For what it's worth, I've been trying this link but wasn't able to successfully create my account until just now. And it's been almost two weeks since I got AOR.

I received my AOR on Apr/26, however, I was only able to link my account today.
Hopefully that helps.
Maybe that is a factor as you said as I have travelled abroad to see my parents. Hope we get it soon
