I want to apply for my mom visitor visa. She is pensioner and has a house and farm on her name. I and my husband are working here as It engineer. I filled her visitor visa and showed my funds and hence got denied. If now I want to apply for visitor or super visa how to show property as strong ties with India. Mostly property papers are in Marathi.

So if supervisa your funds are counted with passed medical & health insurance. Need documents officially translated. Show tenants agreement

Agent says for strong ties with India need to show something from CA.. Once visitor visa was rejected due to the reason, person will not go back. Hence dot want to take any chance. its a B town, no rental agreement, house and farm land transferred from Mother in law..

What by chance is a “ B “ town ?

Don’t use acronyms people here wouldn’t have a clue on what they mean

Drop the agent since is zero need for one to apply for a TRV/supervisa and they are also not giving good advice. If you and your spouse meet LICO on your NOA and you have a decent amount of savings your mother should be able to get approved for a supervisa. Obviously ties to India helps as well as some level of savings even if small because it a supervisa is not a permanent move your mother is expected to return home after her visit. Since you highlighted that your mother is a single parent would also warn your agent or someone else has told you your mother will be able to secure PR during her visit that is very far from guaranteed.
