Forgot to mention us visit visa refusal in PR application

@binubabu Did you mention your forgot visa refusal in your pr application with webform ? And did you got any adr for that ?

Hi , In case someone got visa refusal months after the application was submitted, should he raise a webform and inform about this visa refusal?

I did not mention my refusal of Aus. in all my application. I applied pr and didn't mention there too. What should i do

You are the only one who knows your circumstances, so frame a letter explaining why you did not declare whereas it was asked clearly to mention primary and secondary applicant's refusals for Canada or other countries'. Submit it within time given and wait for officer for consideration.

I need really help
My parents had super visa
And right now there PR application is processing and had biometric,medical, PCC from india done
Now i mention in both applications in past in super visa and in this current PR application that both mom and dad had us visitor visa and UK visitor visa refusal. I mentioned that “ in past I applied visitor visa of USA and UK and got refusal.”””
This is same sentence i mentioned.
I didn’t mention that usa 4times asi didn’t remember date and year for some. And every time from USA interviews they got white standard refusal letter.
I don’t have special refusal letter for UK and don’t have any information regarding UK application
I know USA visa application time and they everytime come back with standard white paper no specific any letter
Now ircc asking refusal letter for both
What should i do?
Pls help
