I haven’t got my travel document yet. I am still waiting for it. It was delivered on March 20th, start processing on March 21st and than approved and printed on April 22nd.

Hi everyone,
I submitted my application to renew my travel documents on March 14, and they received it on March 15 (it was registered shipment by Purolator), but I haven’t received any updates so far. I’ve contacted their office twice, and both times the agents informed me that nothing appears in the system under my file.
I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and could offer advice on how to properly follow up with them.

Do you mean they say it’s not in their system yet? Or is it still processing?
Oh what? My application was delivered to them on the 9th of April and they say my it went in their system on April 16th. You should send in a webform maybe?
Anybody who has applied recently. How long did it take for your application to be processed and for you to get your RTD? I just wanna know what are the processing times nowadays.
When was it delivered? When did it go in their system and when did you finally get it?
You applied for urgent or regular processing, Is your application goes in the system already or not yet ?
