I read them. Assume the goal isn’t a visit so was trying to get a sense for the actual purpose of coming to Canada. Is it an asylum claim? Is the goal trying to secure a WP? The days of easily securing a WP and especially quickly are over but many may be unaware of this. Also may not realize if part of the family tries to aim asylum they could be separated for 5-10 years. The funds are clearly not enough so doubt they will get approved. There also may be under the false impression that a medical note about the 12 year old may make it easy to secure a TRV when it is not.

u rightly said. Medical grounds works only in case of life threating illness and in immediate family member case.

Hello guys
Has anyone used the IRCC portal (NEW VERSION) and had a sucess with it? My aunty applied for a visitor visa using the portal and there hasnt been any update even her biometrics is yet to reflect on the portal and it is over 2 weeks now.
