Outland Spousal Applicant - Came with TRV

Hello there,
My husband has an outland application in process and he came to Canada with a TRV. We forgot to update/change his address to the Canadian one. We've received an Acknowledgement of Receipt email saying that his application has been received by Singapore Migration Office. Are we too late to update his Canadian address in the webform? We were hoping to do a virtual landing. Any advise on what we should do next? its almost impossible to reach a customer service agent through the CIC.

No - we moved after AOR and have updated address now. It may be if he needs interview it needs to be done there - that is the only risk with outland who then come wait out PR inland - well not the only risk but the only difference in the application vs inland
