Has anyone else applied in March 2024 for Ontario's non-express entry program for foreign workers who are already in Canada? My daughter is going to college, does this help in any way? How long is the copr taking on average?

Ask under PNP and there are threads by stream and date. Not sure what daughter has to do with your application. You still need nomination and then apply for PR. Check processing times online.

I have already written and her college has asked her Aor to submit her application as a local student and I submitted it on March 27th

So you go AOR through IRCC so you are well on your way. Assume college wants AOR from IRCC since that means Ontario nominated you.
