Hi

I used to work in HSBC in 2014 in 2017 i have joined a small local company but when i applied for a study permit i have only mentioned hsbc. Because i thought it was intl organisition.

but when i applied for work permit i have only mentioned local company.

In EE i have only mentioned my local company.

Now they have sent me pfl asking me why i did not declare the local company in my study permit?

So is it misrepresentation ?

You can try. But it isn't an honest mistake when you are asked to provide a set number of years of work history and you "forgot" to mention the place you were working because you felt HSBC was better to include alone.

You will have to explain why you lied on your application to get a study permit and then why you lied again on your EE application. You have been sent a PFL so it is serious and there is a chance you will be banned. Officers want to make sure that they didn't make an error in their review.
