I applied for a TRV for my parents in 2022 and then just for my mother in 2024. Following details
2022
-Applied for both parents. and Refused for 3 reasons for both:
1) Financial status and funds
2) Ties in India and Canada
3) Purpose of visit.
Invitor: Permanent Resident daughter (single child), Applicants: Father runs a private business, mother is homemaker.
2024
-Applied just for my mom. Dad to stay in India for business reasons. Maternal Grandfather dependent on mom-dad and resides with them.
Refused again for just one reason
3) The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
I dont understand that this ground for refusal means. I guess I was able to provide sufficient info to address the 2022 first two grounds of refusal?
2024 application, i provided purpose: to spend time with daughter family for 3 weeks, sightseeing in Toronto and Niagara Falls. Provided day by day itinerary of stay, Provided proof of hotel reservations at the two locations. Also showed proof of medical insurance of $100K. Still got purpose of visit refusal.
What should I put now for another TRV as purpose of visit? My mother is a real visitor, still they declined with a generic reason Please help
