Hello, I am an International Student and already finished my study and a PGWP holder right now and my permit will expire next year March 2024. as CRS scores are getting high and my score is at risk, me and my partner decided to apply me as his common law. He is PR already and we lived together for 2 years now. my concern is: what are the requirements of applying as common law? do I need to take IELTS? does my partner needs to have a minimum funds to sponsor me? replies are highly appreciated! Thank you!!

Neither of these things are required but you do need evidence that you have cohabitated continuously for at least one full year, including things such as filing taxes as common law.

The other evidence is good. You should refile your taxes for the applicable year or years as common law before you submit the application.

BTW - pictures do not prove you are common law. So this won't count as evidence
