My wife is applying PR in spouse sponsorship in canada class, and we are confused on the medical requirement statements on her Spouse open work permit.
My wife came to Canada as a visitor in July 6th 2023, and applied for spouse sponsorship in canada class at Oct 2023 without any medical exam. She applied for Open work Permit at Nov. 2023. The Open Work Permit was approved on Feb 14, 2024. She was required to do medical exam for her PR application at Feb 7th 2024. She did medical exam on Feb 15th 2025.
The Open work Permit is valid till 2026, and indicate that she

You also need a valid medical exam if you are coming to Canada for more than 6 months and you lived in one or more of these for at least 6 months in a row within the last year.
"
My situations in short:
1. my wife's work permit has no valid medical exam result.
2. my wife has done medical exam for her PR application.
3. my wife is going to live in canada for more than 6 months.
My questions:
1. Do my wife legally lived in canada (she did not do medical exam for Jan, and Feb 2024)?
2. Do she need to re-apply work permit with the valid PR medical exam ?
2. Can she live in canada with the currently approved work permit for more than 6 months?
