Hi All,
I am graduating from UBC with Masters degree that is eligible for International post graduate BC PNP. I need to travel back to my home country after graduation due to personal circumstances. Can I apply for BC pnp IGP via express entry before I travel to home county or after going to home country. I will not be able to wait till I get my PR approval or BC PNP approval.

Based on the requirements in the program you can apply both inside and outside of Canada. No restrictions there, so it is up to you. If applied from inside Canada and later leave, you will have to communicate this address change to the BC PNP office (and IRCC if you received ITA). Since you have no choice but to go home, I would suggest applying from outside of Canada. This would keep the application in 1 processing path.

Hello, Can you please let me know that did you apply your pnp while being outside Canada or did you apply for it after returning? I am in a similar situation and confused about it. And if you did apply and then left BC afterwards, did you inform the BC gov about it? Thanks
