I am studying at AF Karachi.They dont conduct examination of TEF in Karachi.TEF is only conducted in Islamabad and perhaps in Lahore too.In Karachi only TCF is being conducted which is specifically for Quebec.Only option you have in Karachi is whether to attempt TCF or keep studying and getting the Certificates of each level.Thats the only way you can claim French Language Points.It depends whether CHC Islamabad accepts it or denies it.
