    I am not sure. I saw the requirement says they need the ORIGINAL. My highest degree is Canadian so I did not have WES done for my other degree. I guess the PDF print out should work as well

    I guess the invitation is according to your relative, education and working experience. If you have relative in ON, maybe they will consider you, not in Alberta
