I also call this number but I never get the prompt to speak to an agent.

how were you able to talk to an officer? What code/numbers did you select to prompt

it was no providing me option to speak with an officer. - "all of our officers are currently busy and we are unable to transfer you at this moment". I tried about 4 times

we are in the same boat.... I got my LPP over a month ago.
