Hello, My friend lives in Ontario but by mistake he sent his passport application to Passport Program PO Box 9325 RPO CSC Halifax NS B3K 0J1 (meant for Atlantic Canadians) instead of the regular Gatineau address. what will happen now? What he should do now? please help Zoya
