Hi All, I have to travel the next day after taking the Oath and will be in another country for couple of months. I wanted to know if I can apply for my first passport from outside Canada or the first passport application has to be submitted in Canada after you become Canadian Citizen. Thanks

lets hope they do so. I am planning to travel in the last week of October so was hoping to travel as a Canadian but seems like that will not be possible now.

Seems like Mississauga Oath invites have stalled. No one getting any.

One should not have to wait long for the oath after test invite. Each applicant is being charged a fee for the application and if the number of applications have increased many fold, Mississauga office should hire more staff as they are being paid by the applicants. I don't get it when I hear...

I had on September 4th but no invite. I don't know what is going on. The status showed Decision Made the next day.
