My wife (PA) just got her landing interview email yesterday (etobicoke), in the email there was a portion requesting RFPR $490. We paid the complete $1040 when submitting the application. Is this normal? Does it come with all the emails regardless?

Did you pay RFPR at the application stage and if yes, did you interview letter still say RFPF $490 required?

Application sent April 16, 2018. Background check December 14, 2018. Medical request October 5, 2018. AIP and pre arrival January 11, 2019 DM on ECAS January 11th No SA, DM email. Landing interview sent January 24th.
