Any update on the application for you @sugan26 and @vgupta88 Its been more than 2 months for me as well, and I haven't heard back. Had biometrics from previous application and the medical was done upfront.

Supervisa Application Date: 21 Oct 2023 Upfront medical and biometrics were valid from previous application. Haven't heard back anything yet. Raised a webform too. General processing time shows 46 days from India. Its been longer than that, and have seen people get PPR requests much earlier...

Can walk in be done for OCI applications?

I'm guessing you said 8 weeks for SC based on the slow down Ottawa is seeing right ? Is the 10 weeks timeframe for OCI also based on the same slowdown? Or is it the general timeline for OCI?

Applied Sep 1st at Ottawa BLS walk-in. In the same boat as you. "Processing at High Commission". I'm wondering if we would have been eligble to apply through any other BLS, and if it would've made things easier. Not sure how long the OCI will take through Ottawa, given the delay seen for SC.

I submitted it from Ottawa on Sep 1st, by walk in. Still shows processing at high commission. It's the 7th week now. Not sure if this is the norm currently for Ottawa applications

So the OCI applications are still being accepted and processed right ?

Applied at Ottawa BLS. Its been 4 weeks but still shows as processing at High commission.

There is just one online application from January that has received the test invite, as per the tracker. No movement at all on the applications even after 6 months.

No test invites yet for any 2022 online applicants in the tracker. All the test invites received so far have been for paper based applications, except for one (which shows as urgent).

Can someone please answer my query. I am unable to see my application on the ECAS portal. I see it as IP only after I sign to the citizenship application tracking system. Are others experiencing the same?

People who have updated the status to In Progress, was it showing IP on the ECAS tool, or was it seen as IP after logging in the citizenship tracking website. I can't seem to find my application on the ECAS, although it shows IP in the tracking website.
