U can see the letter once u click the blue button where new window of ur file open ,where ur case says refused,right there in bottom u can see correspondence letter

Zia bhai, I am not so much expert,any senior can help you better. As said they are not accepting propert or ownership docs so make their covering letter strong and bank statements as will and mension ur visa approval.

Every one were reasoning with them but they were not taking from anyone,and only saying that we ordered.

They(vfs staff) told that we are ordered from them to not take these docs.

Maybe you were refused a day or some days ago.u will be sent a new mail acknowledgment ' in ur my cic account.check and download it .it is ur refusal reasons, also tell us ur profile and full docs submitted.

They told this new rule from 13 feb week

But they are even not taking business registeration docs,no letter head nothing accepting
