Yes My medical passed around 15 april and I got approval on 18th April. COPR received on 19th April

I am also in same boat as you. I have heard that after medical it takes another 1 or 2 months . I hope it should come soon

Are you inland? I heard they dont ask inland people for remedical? did you travel outside Canada in between?

Yes I have also heard same from one of my lawyer friend as well as from IRCC agent too

I checked with my lawyers on this and they said that You dont need to redo medical unless IRCC asks for it. and I have seen it that medicals are got extended for 80-90% inland applicants

I am not expert on this but I think it shouldnt matter if you apply for any loan. I know one my friend applied for mortgage when his PR was under process and bought new house. PR procedure doesn't mention that you shouldn't apply for loan. As long as your proof of funds are intact then no issues.

No need to worry. Most of march applications are delayed in this situation. It must be that someone should check your file again and take final decision
