@legalfalcon ok thank you. Also, it is quite confusing because my letter that came with copr says that "You won't be allowed to board your flight at this time." At the same time the letter says that it is your responsibility to check the website with the updated instructions. But on the wesbite...

Ok. Got it! Thank you Also, the destination on my CoPR is written as Toronto, Ontario, but currently for PR card application, I want to land in Vancouver, BC as that is better for me. Can I land in a destination that is different from the one on my CoPR?

Hi @legalfalcon , I wanted to say thank you for all the guidance that was provided during the PR application process. I have received my CoPR. Now as I know, I have to fly to Canada to accept my PR and apply for a PR card. But the visa on my passport is valid for only one time entry. So once I...

Hi @legalfalcon My question is about the process after AOR, while PR application is in process. If I want to quit my current job, or start studying again or get another job, do I need to inform IRCC about the same? Will there be any hiccups in my application process because of this? I had...

First name and last name confusion for WES evaluation

Hi Veejay It will not be a problem. That is the WES format. Also, does your degree document have your name in the format LAST NAME, FIRST NAME? If yes, then WES might have followed that. If you are still not sure, put in a query to WES using the contact form. They will clarify for you.

Hi @legalfalcon I would be submitting my application soon. And the current passport is all I have. I have a stain and the passport issuing officer's sign are smudged. Rest all is fine. Should I explain something? What should I do?

Hi. Ok. Thanks. I am adding only the reference letter which contains all my details of employment. Is it necessary to attach offer letter, etc? The details might be repetitive and different in some cases as jobs evolve over time. FSW category

Hi @legalfalcon My main concern is regarding my hourly and weekly paid jobs. The letters mention my hourly or weekly salary, but if I don't have paystubs for those, is it a problem? Also, how do I know which visa office is going to process my application before I submit it?

    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

@legalfalcon Hi. Thank you for your help till now. I am confused regarding attachment of paystubs. I am applying under FSW express entry. The instructions say that proof must include "Reference letter and paystubs, if you have them". So are paystubs optional or mandatory? I don't have paystubs...

    Work Experience letter and Hours

Hi @johnpye I am in a similar situation. The HR has mentioned "Average hours per week" on my letter, and it says that although I was hired to work a 29 hour week, but my actual working hours are 22.03 per week. Does that sound fine? Did you get the PR when you mentioned average hours per week...
