Just an update, i got the PR Card in the mail on 29 Feb (landed on Nov 21). I couldn't find the excel link to update my status.

For those who landed around end of Nov, have you got your PR Card yet? They said I should receive it in 6-8 weeks, but it's been 9 weeks already. Who should I call to ask about it?

The due date is the deadline the next officer should review your file (your file is passed from one officer to the next, and to the next...) Usually the next officer would review a file before a due date; and of course, every VO can be different. I did order the notes: my eligibility due date...

I am sorry to hear that, bambooc. As benitaagogo mentioned, order the notes as soon as possible as it takes 30 days to receive. That will help you gather stronger evidence for your appeal.
