Hi all, I am desperate for help, I have sent my passport via Aramex to the Damascus office, it arrived at the embassy two weeks ago but they still haven't stamped the immigration visa, does anyone know how long it takes for them to issue the visa if you send your passport to the Damascus office...

yes she can and most probably she will get her visa, if I were you I would ask her to apply for the visa since she has nothing to loose and she will eventually get her PR even if she gets rejected now
