Yes...When my eligibility wasn't yet passed, the response to the CSE I raised was, "reviewing wether you meet the eligibility" so this response you recieved definitely looks like eligibility passed

I think you need to call Ircc to know the current status. That you don't have any message on your account doesn't mean work is is not going on. If you'll call them, ask the agenthe specifically that you want to know the status of your eligibility, criminally and security . Hope this helps

You should call ircc to confirm if your application is approved. If approved, then PPR will come anytime within a week to a few weeks after approval

Same here, all checks passed and awaiting final decision by LVO Etobicoke. Agent said PPR will sent by Ottawa

Eligibility is the greatest hurdle, since it is passed, the rest will not take much time. Also, pls who did you send the mail to?

This ghost update could either mean all checked have been passed or your application has been approved Congratulations

Actually that was a 'real' update and not a ghost update. A ghost update is when you see application updated and after opening it, there is no update at all, nothing changed
